How much does it cost to ship?

For orders of melts only we charge $7 for North Island and $7.50 for South Island, if you are at a rural address then it'll be an additional $5. Orders over $100 will be free of charge.

Orders for warmers are shipped at a cost of $10.00 for North Island and $13.20 for South Island.

How does it work? Benefits of using our scented wax melts?

Place 1 or 2 cubes in the warming dish as desired, wax will slowly melt.

Sprays and Aerosol air fresheners:
 
Have a number of chemicals and the scent quickly disappears.
 
Incense Sticks:
 
Very smokey and can be irritating on the eyes and lungs, limited choice of scents.
 
Candles:
 
Traditional and highly scented candles cannot throw scent the way our wax melts can, most candles have little or no scent when burning.With scented wax melts the wax itself does not burn, it only melts to release the fragrance.Candles can easily get knocked over and can be very messy and hard to clean up after.
 
Potpourri:
 
All though potpourri can be an attractive decorative display in your home, you have to be fairly close to it to actually pick up the scent.
 
Oils:
 
Oils can be warmed just like a scented wax melt, but it's difficult to find the right fragrance to water ratio, and unlike our scented wax melts it will evaporate away to nothing creating the chance of your precious warmer being scorched and damaged.
 
 

How long does it last?

Approx 8 to 10 hours per cube (6 in a pack), the scent will slowly disperse but the wax will not evaporate.

Is it safe?

Yes, but like all things common sense prevails so please keep away from children and animals and do not leave unattended. Because the wax is warmed-not burned as in the case of a traditional candle's combustion process-no harmful chemicals or pollutants are released into the air.

Changing scent and cleaning

Simply let your melt cool and set then place in the freezer for 20mins, wax will then simply "pop" out of the warmer.

What is the vapour I can see when the wax is warm?

This is the fragrance being released and making your home smell wonderful.

Do you use palm wax?

No. We at Heaven-Scent are aware of the damage done to the environment through deforestation.

Where can I find replacement Light Bulbs?

Replacement light bulbs for our ceramic warmers can be purchased at Mitre 10 Mega they are 20W Halogen Bulbs.  Do not use a bulb that is over 25 Watt.
